1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eventara (https://eventara.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Eventara is an AI-powered photo sharing platform designed for weddings and events. Our service allows event organizers and guests to upload, organize, and share event photos using face recognition technology.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our service.

4. Photo Ownership & Rights

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to Eventara. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and display your photos within your event galleries
  • Process your photos using AI for face recognition and grouping
  • Generate thumbnails and optimized versions for display purposes

We will never use your photos for advertising, marketing, AI training, or any purpose beyond providing our service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate event photo sharing
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property

6. Payment & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of subscription.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of payment for refund requests.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eventara is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time. Upon termination, your photos will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
